How Does it Work?

• Schedule an Appointment - Choose the time that is convenient to you. Virtual or concierge service, our schedule is based around your preference.
• Complete the Questionnaire - Complete the questionnaire and add specific request. Our Practitioner will review the completed form before the initial appointment to serve you better.
• Labs & Physical - An extensive lab work-up is completed before we start treatment (except IV hydration). Results are discussed before treatment.
• Treatment - You are unique and so are our treatment plans. The individualized treatment plans are specific to your needs, concern, and lab results.
